How does the subscription work?
A subscription unlocks flexible, on-demand design support. Within 24 hours of starting, you will receive access to a Trello board to make your requests and a private slack channel for direct communication
A subscription model means you don't need to worry about scope creep. Stay subscribed as long as you need to and just make the requests you need and reprioritize anytime.
What if I need to cancel or pause?
You can cancel your subscription anytime. Design support will continue through the period you’ve paid for.

How much work can I expect each month?
Each month’s output is designed to feel like having a dedicated designer on your team: steady, focused, and responsive. The pace depends on how many requests you make, their complexity, and how quickly feedback comes in. We handle one task at a time, moving to the next when we’re waiting on input. Updates are shared after meaningful progress, and Slack stays open for quick communication in between.
Who will I be working with?
Pixel Digital is a one-man agency, run by Shaun, the founder. Pixel does not employ other designers, or outsource work to any other entity. You'll work directly with me through the entirety of your experience.
How does onboarding work?
To start we recommend an onboarding call so I can learn about your business and what you are trying to achieve.
What programs do you design in?
Figma is primarily used for the design work, Claude Code for prototyping and development.

How will I request designs?
Pixel offers a ton of flexibility in how you request designs using Trello. Some common ways clients request designs is directly via Trello, sharing Google docs or wireframes, or even recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out). Basically, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, it's fair game.
Does Pixel work on one-off projects or only subscriptions?
Primarily subscriptions, but flat-fee project engagements are considered for the right scope. Book a discovery call to discuss.
